     Features
◆ High heat exchange efficiency and good condensing effect
In the helical threaded tube heat exchanger, the heat exchange tube bundles are designed into a spiral wound structure to change the flow condition of fluids. The heat exchange tube bundle is 4-6 times longer than the shell, so that the hot media stay in the heat exchange tube for a long time, the materials can be fully cooled during condensation and reflow, and the recovery rate is enhanced. The heat exchange capacity of unit heat exchange area of the helical threaded tube heat exchanger is 3-5 times higher than traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers. The running noise is lower than 60dB. It has such features as high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
◆Fully made of stainless steel, long service life
The helical threaded tube heat exchanger is fully made of stainless steel with a designed service life of 20 years. It uses the OWEN turbulent buffeting frequency principle, and adopts the design of minimum clearance between heat exchange bundles, so that turbulent buffeting is effectively eliminated and the service life of the heat exchanger is prolonged.
◆ Smaller volume
The volume of the helical threaded tube heat exchanger is only 1/5 of that of a similar homemade shell-and-tube heat exchanger, so it saves space. In addition, its installation and subsequent maintenance costs are reduced due to its small volume, light weight, and convenient installation, disassembly and cleaning.
◆ High heat exchange coefficient
Heat exchange coefficient reflects performance of the heat exchanger. The highest heat exchange coefficient of the helical threaded tube heat exchanger reaches 14000w/m2℃. Under the same service condition, its heat exchange coefficient is 5-7 times higher than a traditional tubular heat exchanger, and its required heat exchange area is only 1/5 of that of a traditional tubular heat exchanger.
◆ High temperature and high pressure resistance
The helical threaded tube heat exchanger can resist temperature up to 400℃ and pressure up to 1.6MPa. All products have undergone 2.0MPa pressure test before delivery, so as to ensure safe and reliable use. ◆ Low running noise
The sound resonance allowable rules (Eisnger Rule and Bevins Rule) are taken into consideration during the design of its internal structure, so as to effectively inhibit the occurrence of sound standing wave vibration, and minimize the running noise. There is hardly any noise in the heat exchanger during running. ◆ Advanced design without easy fouling
The temperature gradient is lowered and the surface fineness of heat exchange tubes is enhanced. It adopts the spiral wound structure to greatly change the flow condition of fluids and form strong turbulent effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, fluids have relatively powerful washing effect on the pipe walls. They will automatically wash the pipe and improve the flow speed to be 5.5m/s (1.2m/s in traditional design), so as to wash away dirt without easy fouling.
